Refer a Friend Scheme

These terms apply to the Arnett International Refer a Friend scheme. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The scheme is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are legally resident in the UK or any country in which Arnett International operates.
1.2 You do not need to be an existing Arnett International candidate or client to refer someone.
1.3 Employees or contractors of Arnett International or its subsidiaries are not eligible for referral rewards.
2. Qualifying Referrals
2.1 A referral qualifies when the referred individual:
a. is not already known to or registered with Arnett International at the time of referral
b. is successfully placed in a permanent or overseas role within three (3) months of the referral date
c. completes any required onboarding, notice, or training period (typically 4 weeks unless otherwise stated)
2.2 If multiple referrers submit the same candidate, only the first eligible referral will qualify.
2.3 The referred individual must be eligible to live and work in the location of the role.
3. Referral Reward
3.1 The standard reward is a voucher of your choice, issued in the currency of the referrer’s location, to the value stated at the time of referral.
3.2 Vouchers are issued within 30 days of the referred candidate meeting the qualifying criteria outlined in Section 2.
3.3 Referral rewards are treated as a gross benefit, and the referrer is solely responsible for any tax liabilities or declarations.
4. Overseas & International Assignments
4.1 For overseas placements or roles requiring international relocation, the referral reward will be issued once the candidate has formally accepted the offer and commenced employment.
4.2 Additional onboarding or verification periods may apply depending on jurisdiction and contract type.
5. Submitting a Referral
5.1 Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form on the Arnett International website to be valid.
5.2 Referrals submitted through informal channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.) will not be eligible for a reward.
5.3 You must have the candidate’s consent before sharing their personal information with us.
6. General
6.1 Arnett International reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
6.2 No cash alternatives to the referral reward will be offered.
6.3 Any decision made by Arnett International regarding reward eligibility or interpretation of these terms is final.
6.4 This scheme must be used in good faith. Any abuse, misrepresentation, or fraud will result in disqualification.
6.5 Arnett International accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this scheme.
7. Data Protection
7.1 All personal data submitted as part of this scheme will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Information provided will only be used for administering the scheme and will not be shared with third parties.
