Personal data may be shared within Red Sky Group (UK&I) Ltd strictly for corporate administration, compliance and regulatory oversight, and IT and systems management. We do not share website enquiry data across group entities for unrelated marketing activity. Where executive search mandates are delivered in collaboration with another Red Sky Group entity, data sharing will occur only where relevant, necessary, and lawful.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
A. Information You Provide
When submitting a contact form: name, organisation, email address, telephone number (if provided), nature of enquiry, message content.
When downloading an Intelligence Report: name, organisation, email address.
B. Website Usage Data
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect identifiable personal data, does not store full IP addresses, and does not track users across websites. It collects aggregated, anonymised performance and page-view data only. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel or marketing trackers.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
Contact Form
The contact form includes the following consent statement:
“I consent to Arnett International (a trading brand of Red Sky Group (UK&I) Ltd) storing this information in order to respond to my enquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.”
Submission of the form constitutes consent for us to process the data solely for responding to that enquiry.
Intelligence Report Download
Data submitted to download an Intelligence Report is processed for the sole purpose of delivering the requested report. We do not use report download data for marketing communications unless you separately opt in.
Additional Lawful Bases
Legitimate interest: responding to executive search enquiries and maintaining appropriate business records. Contract: where processing is necessary prior to entering into a formal agreement. Legal obligation: where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Analytics and Consent Mechanism
This website uses cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics). On first visit, you are presented with an analytics consent banner allowing you to accept or decline analytics. Your preference is stored locally in your browser via local storage, not via tracking cookies. You may update your preference at any time via the “Manage analytics preference” link in the website footer.
5. Intelligence Report Downloads
When you submit your details to download a report, your data is used solely to deliver the requested report. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. If we introduce optional insight updates in future, this will require a separate opt-in checkbox. Report download data is retained for up to three years from last meaningful interaction unless a business relationship develops.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use selected third-party providers to operate the website and process enquiries, including secure cloud hosting providers, CRM systems, and a third-party email delivery service used to transmit contact form submissions and Intelligence Report downloads. Form submissions and report deliveries are processed through a third-party email service provider. Data is transmitted securely and processed solely for delivery purposes. These providers act as data processors and are contractually required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
7. International Data Transfers
Due to the international nature of our executive search work, personal data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom. This may include transfers to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and other jurisdictions relevant to active mandates. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards are implemented, including UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Contact form data: up to three years from last meaningful interaction. Intelligence Report downloads: up to three years from last meaningful interaction. Ongoing client data: retained in accordance with contractual and legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the ICO.
