I understand that referrals of candidates already known to or registered with Red Sky at time of submission are not eligible.

I acknowledge that the referral bonus is paid as vouchers of my choice, gross of any tax liability, and that it is my responsibility to declare and pay any tax due

I understand no bonus is payable if:

A permanent placement ends during the 12-week guarantee period, or
A contract placement ends early or before 12 weeks are completed, or
A Rapid Response candidate does not complete all required training for the role..
