5. Lawful Basis for Processing

Our lawful bases for processing your data include:

Some of your data may be transferred outside the UK or EEA. When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) are in place.

We retain candidate data for up to 5 years from the date of your last meaningful interaction with us, unless:

  • You are successfully placed, and legal or contractual obligations require further retention;

  • We are required by law to keep certain records beyond this period.
