I lead Arnett International's education practice, working with international school groups across the UAE to place specialist teaching staff and school leadership.
My background is twenty years in UK primary education, including roles as Acting Assistant Head and Phase Leader. I am a Maths Mastery specialist and hold the NPQML middle leadership qualification. During the pandemic I founded Edumate UK to support families with home learning, work recognised by BBC Radio, LBC, and a letter from the late Queen.
The education practice operates with the same partner-led discipline as our wider executive search work. Whole-market mapping, named partner accountability, and assessment against the school's curriculum, phase and inspection framework rather than title alone.
