Arnett International operates across aviation and regulated infrastructure. We support operators, authorities, investors and delivery organisations where governance, safety and commercial delivery are inseparable. We are structured deliberately as a specialist practice, not a multi-sector volume firm.
We work on senior and C-suite mandates that require discretion, market fluency and a full view of the leadership landscape. Our approach is search-led. Shortlists are built through whole-market mapping and direct engagement, not through advertising or existing relationships. We do not compete on volume. We accept a limited number of mandates at any one time to ensure partner-level focus throughout.

Every mandate begins with immersion in the operating environment. We define the full leadership population relevant to the role, then engage discreetly and assess candidates in context. We do not rely on pre-existing shortlists or database proximity. Every mandate begins from first principles.
Assessment is specific to the environment: governance model, stakeholder landscape, regulatory interface, and the phase of the organisation’s development. A leader who performs well in one setting may not perform in another. Our job is to identify who will.
